Monitoring - We’ve identified the root cause of the Aircall app not loading for some users and have deployed a fix. Affected users should reload the Aircall app for the change to take effect.

We are currently monitoring the issue to ensure stability has been fully restored and will provide a final update once we’ve confirmed full resolution.

Scheduled - Aircall has a scheduled maintenance window beginning on Saturday, April 12th at 7:00AM UTC. During this time, our team will be performing maintenance on the Analytics database as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the reliability and performance of our platform.

We do not anticipate any user impact; however, there may be brief periods of delayed data refresh in the Aircall Dashboard. We are doing everything possible to minimize any disruption.

To ensure smooth functionality, we recommend refreshing your Aircall Dashboard after the maintenance is complete.

The maintenance will be carried out with the following schedule:
7:00AM - 11:00AM UTC
6:00PM - 10:00PM Sydney (AEDT)
7:00AM - 11:00AM London (GMT)
