Monitoring - One of our partners had packet loss issues. This caused the audio cuts and blanks with the calls. Both inbound and outbound calls are now working. Our engineering team is still closely monitoring the voice traffic.

- some calls may not have been logged to Salesforce
- insight cards may not have been displayed
You are affected if your Salesforce organization's Contact object doesn't have the following default fields: HomePhone, AssistantPhone, OtherPhone.
