Aircall has a scheduled maintenance window starting on Monday, April 29 at 3PM UTC. During this maintenance, our team will be upgrading and migrating one of our key communication systems to a new, more advanced platform to increase platform stability and reliability.
We do not expect any user impact, however it is possible that outbound calls placed from Singapore may fail during the maintenance window. We are making every effort to minimize any disruption.
The maintenance will be carried out with the following schedule: 3:00PM - 4:00PM UTC 1:00AM - 2:00AM Sydney (Tuesday, April 30) 4:00PM - 5:00PM London 11:00AM - 12:00PM New York
