Aircall has a scheduled maintenance window beginning on Wednesday, March 26th at 10:00PM UTC until 02:00am UTC on March 27th..
During this time, our team will be performing maintenance on the Analytics service as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the reliability and performance of our platform.
As such, the Analytics service could experience some downtime during this procedure — e.g. the data won’t load when opening the reports. We are doing everything possible to minimize any disruption.
To ensure smooth functionality, we recommend refreshing your Aircall Dashboard after the maintenance is complete.
The maintenance will be carried out with the following schedule: 10:00PM - 02:00AM UTC 9:00AM - 1:00PM Sydney (AEDT) 6:00PM - 10:00PM New York (EST)
