Aircall has a scheduled maintenance window on Wednesday, May 7th starting at 22:00 UTC. During this time, our team will be performing updates to the Analytics database as part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform reliability and performance.
We do not anticipate any user impact. However, you may experience brief delays in data refresh within the Aircall Dashboard during the maintenance window.
To ensure smooth functionality, we recommend refreshing your Dashboard after the maintenance is complete.
The maintenance will be carried out with the following schedule: 22:00 – 02:00 UTC 8:00AM – 12:00PM Sydney (AEST, Thursday, May 8) 11:00PM – 3:00AM London (BST) 6:00PM – 10:00PM New York (EST)
