From 6:38 AM UTC to 9:20 AM UTC we faced an incident that may have affected Salesforce integration:
- some calls may not have been logged to Salesforce
- insight cards may not have been displayed
You are affected if your Salesforce organization's Contact object doesn't have the following default fields: HomePhone, AssistantPhone, OtherPhone.
